Realtor of the year, in my opinion. Flawless execution. Some realtors just want clients to make a quick decision, not Tracie Carlton. Tracie was patient with my home buying process, as a buyer this is what I wanted from my realtor. I was not a quick decision maker, plus I was not local, everything I seemed to like was sold before I had a chance to look. She understood what was important to my family and helped keep my focus. Tracie Carlton made sure I had all the facts in my home selection. She was well prepared for every showing and did not hesitate to investigate all concerns and questions. If and when I decide to make another purchase, she will be my choice.

This was the most amazing experience! Our realtor responded very quickly to our initial request to sell our property. Her name is Tracie Carlton. She took our request seriously and worked diligently. Every detail was covered and taken care of which paid off. The land was only posted one day, and it SOLD! I am thrilled beyond measure. She followed up and made the close complete. From the time it was on MLS to us getting our check was about 2 weeks!!!!

Shelia and her team exemplify excellence in real estate sales. We were relocating due to work and listed our house for sale with Shelia. The marketing tools were terrific - a virtual tour of the house and drone footage to show the neighborhood were my favorites. As soon as the house went on the market, we had lots of appointments to view the house. However, we had an unusual selling experience and Shelia was there through it all, offering encouragement and practical help. The house was under contract four times before the final sale, so there were four inspections. Each one had different things that needed to be done to the house. We had already moved, so Shelia helped us each time to find contractors to complete the painting and the dehumidifier, etc. - whatever was listed in the inspection. Thanks to her and her team, we made it through and sold the house! The contract cancellations were made for, to me, odd reasons and each one was a disappointment to our hopes of selling the house. Shelia and her team offered encouragement and practical assistance through it all. In the end, the house sold at a price we were very happy with. We were blessed to have Shelia as our realtor - she stuck with us through a difficult selling experience and got us the result we wanted. I don’t think you can find a better realtor anywhere in the upstate!

I reach out to Teresa, my agent, after my family decided to sell my first ever house. She was part of Sheila Newton Team. I was nervous because the interest rate was high and my house was relatively older and it was my first time selling and it was very stressful for me. But she guided me that it would be ok and calmed me down. We had bumps during the negotiation but she helped me through the process. The most important part of her character is she was HONEST and always put you first. I couldn't be any happier with her on my side. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is selling their house.
